Everyone's using AI to move faster and produce more. You're dabbling with the tools too, but something feels off. You're not sure if you should lean in harder or pull back. And underneath it all, you're wondering, what's my actual edge when anyone can generate work and outputs in 30 seconds.
The marketplace is saturated with AI-generated content. Your thoughtful work gets drowned out by people churning out generic stuff at scale. It's harder to get noticed, harder to stand out.
You're trying AI tools but you're cautious. You don't want to sound like everyone else, but you also don't want to be left behind. You're caught between "I should use this more" and "this doesn't feel like me.
If AI can do what you do faster and cheaper, what's your actual value? You know the answer is "being you" but you're not sure what that actually means or how to lean into it.
The more everyone uses the same tools, the more valuable being distinctly you becomes. But have you ever stopped to figure out what makes you unique? What makes you, well you?

"I loved the process - it kept me honest and made the whole thing feel real. It helped me look deeper at my own values-led goals and figure out how I can actually live them, not just talk about them.”

"The values mapping was sensational. It helped me see why some goals energise me and others lead to burnout. Deep and meaningful work."

Hi, I'm, Viren. My values are Freedom, Fun, Creativity, Growth and Achievement.
My interest in performance psychology was really sparked when I was completing my Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology. It was when I started to understand the mindset and conditions required for peak performance and flow.
And it turns out values play a pretty major role!
Since then, I've worked for 20+ years blending psychology, innovation, and facilitation to help organisations and people have a bigger impact through values. I've even designed two values board games in the process.
As well as designing Values Map, I am also the founder of In the Game and host of The Values Lab podcast.
No spam just friendly updates and tips on how to live a more values-led life 😊
